is the Chairman of Jet-Go Consulting Group and one of the company’s co-founders. Under his leadership, Jet-Go has grown from a small niche agency to one of the largest public relations firms in the Taiwan market. With decades of experience in election campaign management and public affairs, Max often serves as strategic advisor for elected and appointed officials at every level of government in Taiwan. Max has a Ph.D in Public Administration from Fudan University (Shanghai). He is an associate professor at Shih Hsin University (Taipei) and has served as chairman of the Taiwan Public Relations Association.

is the General Consultant and a co-founder of Jet-Go. With more than 20 years of experience in the public relations & public affairs industry, May has earned a reputation for her shrewd understanding of the perspectives of regulators, lawmakers, media players and other key audiences in Taiwan. A former journalist, she specializes in crisis management, issues-management, strategic communications planning, and stakeholder relations. May has provided top-level strategic communications advice for numerous blue-chip corporations doing business in Taiwan – such as McDonald’s, Unilever, & Yahoo – and for public sector clients, such as the Taiwan Food & Drug Administration, Centers for Disease Control, Bureau of Energy, and the Ministry of Economic Affairs. May possess a broad and deep understanding of Taiwan’s media landscape and routinely conducts spokesperson training and media relations seminars for both private and public sector clients. She has a Ph.D. in Communications and currently is an adjunct professor at Shih Chien University (Taipei).

Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of West Florida.
Eric Moon is a U.S. citizen and long-time resident of Taiwan. He joined Jet-Go in 2000 and, as Consultant, advises teams on a multitude of projects, including public relations programs, crisis & issues management, legislative advocacy and marketing. Eric has a Master’s Degree in Political Science from the University of West Florida, with an emphasis on Policy Sciences. He is a long-time student of Taiwan politics and has published numerous articles on the subject in both international academic journals and local print media.
